[HOW TO] Install Synaptic in Ubuntu 13.04

Installed Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail but cannot find the Synpatics Package Manager. You need to install Synaptics Package Manager first to install, download and update other packages from Synaptics.

First Open Terminal (Clt+Alt+T) and then run the command given below:

sudo apt-get install synaptic
