[SOLVED]Angry Birds Texture Problem in Windows 8

Angry Birds is a strategy game developed by Rovio Entertainment.The game was first released for Apple’s iOS and since then over 12 million copies of the game have been purchased from Apple’s App Store. Similarly the game hitted the Android Market and became famous in no time.

The game was made available in Windows for the users who don’t have Apple and Android Phones.The game is really fascinating but when installed in Windows, there may occur a problem which causes the game not to run.A dialog box appears showing that the texture is too large.It appears beause the graphics driver you have may not be sufficient for the program to run.


The error message of texture is show in the image given below:

The solution for this problem is given below:- 

•         First of all you have to make sure that you have internet connection.
•          Now download the latest graphics driver for your board and install it.
•          After that go to windows update and there you will find a graphics driver.Update the Windows.
•          Now finally you have to download the Graphics Media Accelerator Driver For Mobile.
•          After all this done, you will get the program running without any warnings and errors. 

If this doesn’t work, go to the Angry Birds folder and open config.lua file. Change the Width and Height to your resolution. I have attached a Screenshot here.You can see it for simplicity.
