[HOW TO] ADD Screensaver in Ubuntu 12.04

In Ubuntu also you can add the Screensaver as like in Windows. To add the Screen Saver in Ubuntu follow the steps below:

• First Open the Terminal from Dashboard or pressing Clt+Alt+T.
• Uninstall gnome-screeensaver using the following command. Run the command below to unistall gnome-screensaver

         sudo apt-get remove gnome-screensaver

• Now run the following command to install screensaver and other packages required

         sudo apt-get install xscreensaver xscreensaver-data-extra xscreensaver-gl-extra

• Your screensaver has been added to your ubuntu and can get from the dashboard. Just click on screensaver from the Dashboard and find the display modes and Advanced option. You can change and select the check buttons as your desire.
