Skype free in Smartphones

Skype is now free in Smartphones in Netherlands which is the first nation in the Europe not charging any money using the skype and other web based services. The parliament passed a law to stop the extra charge on skype and other internet based services on June 22. Before Dutch Chile has given free on skype.
